About Us

Manurewa Medical is a General Practice located in the Manurewa Medical Centre, at 157 Great South Rd in Manurewa, South Auckland.

We are committed to family medicine - it's what we do. To this end we aim to provide you and your family with healthcare of the highest standard possible and to deliver this care with outstanding service. 

We are a practice of seven doctors, four nurses and of course our friendly team of receptionists, administrators and medical assistants.

We are also a training practice for doctors that have chosen to leave hospital based medicine to pursue a community based career path as a General Practitioner.

We are affiliated with ProCare, a Primary Health Organisation of General Practices across Auckland incorporating nearly 500 General Practitioners in 180 medical clinics, which has a reputation for fostering the highest standards of medicine. We work together to continually improve the quality of our care by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Manurewa Medical is also a Cornerstone Accredited practice having met and exceeded the "Aiming for Excellence" standards of The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP).

As a Procare practice we can offer our patients 24 hour round-the-clock access to quality medical care.  Phone our Practice on 09-266 7758 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak to a Registered Nurse who can help work through any urgent health concerns.

Wheelchair Access

We have two disabled car parks at the rear of our building with ground floor access to our services.

We have full access to translation services for all languages, so if you need assistance, please ask on booking.
